"Do the Job Properly" GUARANTEE
We do NOT compete on price with the following contractors:
1. those who are not licensed or certified
2. those who do not belong to their trade organizations
3. those who do not install the highest grade of materials
4. those who do not install the materials in the specified manner
5. those who do not have a list of at least 100 references
6. those who have not been in business at least 10 years
What we WILL DO is guarantee to complete the job as follows:
1. in accordance with the shingle manufacturers' specifications
2. in accordance with local code requirements
3. in accordance with the FHA minimum ventilation requirements
4. obtain all necessary construction permits
5. obtain local civic association approval
In other words: we will do the job properly
